Sr. High Youth Group kicks off on Wednesday, Sept. 1, from 6:30-8:30pm!

Whether you were raised in a Christian family or have never set foot in a church, the teen years are often times of questioning and testing what you believe and why you believe it. Our junior and senior high youth groups offer a safe place to ask questions, and we'll look for our answers in God's word. As with all ministries at Christ Memorial, our youth groups are gospel driven. From ultimate Frisbee to weekly Bible discussions to our annual Youth Retreat, our desire is for each teen to encounter the gospel of Jesus Christ through our words and our lives, and to find real gospel life.

Youth Pastor Derek Bass heads the Adult Ministry Team (AMT), a group of adults committed to sharing their lives with our young people. Each youth group gathering is a time of games and food, talking and listening, all focused around a deepening understanding of who we are and who Christ is. This year we're counting the cost of living a cross-centered life.

For those who want to go deeper, the Student Ministry Team (SMT) and Leadership Development Team (LDT) mentor youth to grow in their faith, be students of the Word, and leaders among their peers.

Junior High Youth Group meets alternate Fridays during the school year from 6:00-8:00pm in the Youth Room.
Senior High Youth Group meets most Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:30-8:30pm in the Youth Room.
